What we believe...
1. The Bible is the inspired Word of God, spoken to and written by men that were moved by the Holy Spirit. That the Bible is without error and Gods instructions for our life.
2. God is one, but manifested as three persons - The Father, the Son, and the Hold Spirit. God the Father is greater than all. Jesus Christ is the Son of god who became flesh. The Holy Spirit proceeds from both the Father and the Son and is eternal.
3. Man is a created being made in the likeness and image of God. Sin came into the world through the transgression and fall of Adam. Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was sent to undo the work of Satan by shedding his blood and dieing on the cross, to redeem and restore man back to God. Jesus died for all our sins. (Romans 3:10) says "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God". Salvation is the gift of God to man, which is given by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.
4. Salvation (the new birth) is available to all men.
5. Jesus Christ (the Son of God) became human by birth of a virgin. He lived a sinless life and died on the cross, as a perfect sacrifice for all sins of all men.
6. Baptism in water is for believers only and that it is a symbol of the Christian's identification with Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection.
7. Baptism in the Holy Spirit is a gift from God and the experience is accompanied by the evidence of speaking in other tongues as the Holy Spirit Himself gives utterance. The Holy Spirit lives inside every believer and provides them with guidance and the power of understanding the spiritual truth.
8. Divine healing is available by the power of God through faith and by the laying on of hands for the physical ills of the human body.
9. Salvation is God's "FREE" gift to man. There is nothing man can do to earn salvation. Salvation is only given by acceptance of Jesus Christ and believing that He is God and that he died on the cross and rose again. Those who receive salvation will be saved and will live forever in the presence of God in heaven.
10. There is a Hell and the one who physically dies in his sins with out Jesus Christ in their life, is hopelessly and eternally lost in the Lake of Fire. They will have no more opportunity for repentance or hearing the gospel. Heaven and Hell are real places. Man was created to exist forever. The moment one receives Jesus Christ in their life, by faith, will spend eternal life with God in heaven.
